If you're getting video but no sound when streaming a live channel, it typically points to a problem with your Screach Box connection to your speakers. Follow the steps below to try resolve the issue:

  1. Check your TV volume – This may sound obvious, but the first thing to try turning the volume up using your TV remote (as it could be on mute).
  2. Nothing happen? This may be an issue with your TV remote.
  3. Check your venue speaker system – If your TVs are connected to an audio matrix or stereo system, make sure it's switched on and the volume is turned up.
  4. Still nothing? Ensure that the cables on your speakers are connected to your audio matrix properly (and vice versa).
  5. Still nothing? Try disconnecting your speaker system to change the audio output to the TV itself. If the TV outputs audio, there's likely a problem with your venue’s speaker system, you may need to contact your manufacturer for more help.
  6. Try another audio device – If you are using your TVs speakers as the main audio output, try connecting an alternate audio device to your TV.
  7. If you still have no sound, then the problem is likely with your TV rather than your Screach Box, you may need to contact your manufacturer for more help.
  8. Reboot your Screach Box – To do this:
  9. Locate your Screach Box and pull out the power cable that connected to the mains from the back of the box, then wait 30 seconds.
  10. Plug the power cable back into your Screach Box and ensure all wires are firmly connected in the back of your box.
  11. Wait for your box to reboot and try playing your stream again.
