It can take up to 5 minutes for the channel to change and start playing on your TV once it has been selected to play in the My.Screach portal. This applies to both switching between live broadcast channels and venue marketing TV channels. 

If after 10 minutes there has been no change then you should check to ensure your Screach Box is online, and that you have an internet connection. See our guide on Ensuring your Screach Box is online
